Officers of the Port State personnel are only authorized to conduct inspections of vessels engaged in national traffic.
The service is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for transactions that are of an administrative nature which are served Monday through Friday between the hours that keeps the General Directorate of the Merchant Marine at its offices in the Capital of the Republic.
