Port State Control


The Port State Control was implemented according GDMM Agreement No. 005-2001, IMO Resolution A.787 (19) and Latin American Agreement of Viña del Mar 1992, is responsible for supervision; how international ships arrive in Honduran ports meet the standards of the International Maritime Organization, identifying deficiencies ship, its equipment or its crew, in strict compliance with the Organic Law of Merchant Shipping and other Maritime Conventions Moving to which Honduras is a part.
