To meet demand for minimum crew must present the following:

Application Form of Minimum Crew Certificate with all boxes properly complemented.

Continuous Synopsis Record

To meet demand for Continuous Synopsis Record must submit the following:

Application Form of Continuous Synopsis Record with all boxes properly complemented.

Official Log Book

It must be requested in the General Directorate of the Merchant Marine.
