As technology has evolved, there is also a need to ensure that security and verification functions are effective and robust enough to meet cyber challenges. The General Directorate of the Merchant Marine as the Maritime Authority of Honduras implemented QR codes in the Certificates of Registration of Vessels that sail in international waters as well as in their technical documents such as the continuous Synoptic Record and the Minimum Safe Manning Document and the  Declaration of Maritime Labour Compliance – Part II,  providing our clients with the cyber security necessary to guarantee the verification process in the different ports worldwide.
