Re-entry Requirements for Seafarer Candidates

Basic Maritime Safety Course

Enrollment application
Swimming test approval
Copy and Original of either National ID, Birth Certificate, Passport or Foreign Country ID
Criminal or Police history Certificate
Copy of Education certificate (we can accept six grade diploma as a minimum)
Copy of Current health card
Copy of Pregnancy Test (applies to female applicants only)
Two recent color 3cmx4cm photographs (white background, with white neck shirt)
Parents Legal Authorization (only applies for minors under 21 years of age)

Note 1: Before enrolling for the Basic Safety Maritime Course, the seafarer candidate must perform a Swimming Test which includes a blood pressure test

Note 2: The enrollment application will be given to the seafarer candidate that has approved the Swimming Test so that it can be filled out with the required information,

Note 3: In the case of the ladies, they must present the pregnancy test before this activity.
