For the third consecutive time, the General Directorate of the Merchant Navy, presided over by Attorney Roberto E. Cardona, receives the recognition of the excellence by the full commissioners of the Institute of Access to Information (IAIP) meritorious for the fulfillment of the Portal of Transparency.

To receive this award were the Transparency Officer, Josue Galo and the Administrator of the Institution Lic. Mirna Andino.
